This session will reveal the first results from the WFA’s Global Diversity & Inclusion Census, which covered 27 markets around the world. The focus will be on the data for the US and Canada, identifying which groups feel they belong on Madison Avenue and on Marketing Street and where there is a problem. Will Gilroy, Director of Policy & Communications at the WFA, will present the results of the survey while our panel will discuss what actions the industry needs to take now.
