Harlan previously broadcast Super Bowl XXXV for CBS HDTV and also currently calls play-by-play for CBS Sports’ coverage of both the NFL and NCAA Men’s Basketball Tournament. Kelly joined HCA in 2014, and as the Vice President of Digital Strategy and Development is responsible for overseeing digital media strategy, analytics and reporting, implementation of new marketing technology solutions, development of digital best practices, website development and vendor management.

Prior to joining HCA, Kelly spent ten years in marketing focused sales within the healthcare and consumer packaged goods industries. Over the course of her career Kelly has successfully and consistently led sales teams to exceed quota, executed strategic marketing plans with several Fortune 500 companies, implemented multi-million dollar projects on time and budget, and driven success through analytics and return on investment models.
