London native, Sarah Stringer’s first job in media involved booking ads for the UK’s biggest funeral company. After making the move from funerals to years in the music industry, she moved to Australia, joining Carat Australia in 2011. As a strategist, she delivered impressive results for brands: Nintendo, Adidas, and Disney launching movies The Avengers, Frozen and Star Wars: The Force Awakens. Identified as a 'Formidable Femme' in Campaign Asia's Women to Watch 2015, she became the youngest member of the agency’s senior management team, founding the Innovation department, where she focused on delivering technology insights and trends. Stringer joined the Carat USA team in 2016. Recognized in Adweek’s 2018 Young Influential list and The Internationalist’s Agency Innovators, her role as SVP, Head of Innovation supports Carat teams in achieving brave work and designing test and learn frameworks that allow our clients to experiment to build their business.
