Rob Davis

Robert John Davis (Rob) is a benevolent rule-breaker who has spent the last 25 years leading entertainment, consumer and business brands into new territories opened by emerging technology. Rob is currently Head of Digital for Ogilvy USA, spearheading the agency’s growth in areas ranging from sonic branding to esports and beyond. Over the past decade he has developed video strategy, content marketing and editorial offerings that have earned Cannes Lions, Effies and Echo awards of various metallic shades.

Rob’s career began in the early 1990’s running content and creative at a pioneering news start-up. Over the years, Rob has led and launched programming at MTV, iTV on NBC, TBS, History Channel and GSN with tech/entertainment start-up Spiderdance and revitalized the interactive businesses of AMC, IFC and WE television networks.

Rob received his BA at the University of Scranton in 1990, and earned an MS in TV/Radio/Film from the Newhouse School at Syracuse.
