Evan Hovorka

Over the past 15 years Evan Hovorka has built Campaign and Segmentation tools, managed the Paid Search channel and created numerous Products that power Targets Marketing machine. Once it became clear the unique tools and data sets powering Target, could also help Target’s CPG partners, Evan and his teams moved to support Roundel too. Roundel being Target’s internal Agency and Monetization leader. He is most proud of building Target’s internal Identification Graph in 2014. It is still the on-line to off line customer pipeline powering Marketing and Measurement. The graph fuels customer segmentation and connects digital ads, on and off Target property. This high fidelity pipeline built on Target’s 150 Million Customers ensures closed loop measurement. Evan started a new role in September 2019, officially leading Business Development where he will marry innovation, engineering and Partner development.
