Martin Kihn

Martin Kihn is SVP of Salesforce Marketing Cloud, helping to build a vision and roadmap for Salesforce's marketing and ad tech products. Formerly Research VP at Gartner, he led the data-driven marketing practice, focusing on marketing clouds, ad tech, identity and analytics.
Before that he was VP and director of strategy and analytics at various Publicis Groupe agencies, specializing in analytics and marketing strategy and the optimization of digital campaigns.
After earning his MBA from Columbia Business School, he worked for a time as a management consultant – an experience described in his book House of Lies, which was the basis for a series of the same name that ran on Showtime from 2012-2016.
