During Eileen’s twelve years at Horizon, she has accelerated change and transformed Horizon into a magnet for the industry’s best talent and a place widely recognized for the highest levels of commitment to the professional and personal development of its people.

Eileen has also made wellness and betterment a progressive cornerstone of Horizon’s culture, fostering a supportive environment for the total physical and mental well-being of our Horizon family. Horizon has grown and is now the third largest media agency in the U.S. by billings, with 2,000 people and offices in New York, Los Angeles and Toronto.
Eileen believes in advancing the whole person, and has created a suite of programs around health management under the banner of Horizen. Eileen championed the development of Horizon’s on-site gym and yoga studio, she was instrumental in developing classes for meditation, breathing and relaxation, and was the driving force behind Horizon’s ‘Retreat’, a new room where people can relax, recharge and rejuvenate in a quiet room of hanging silks where people can retreat from the hectic and stressful business environment. Eileen is perhaps most proud of her latest innovation in the wellness space, Horizon Health, Horizon’s on-site nursing and urgent care facility, where people have a low-cost and convenient option to manage their healthcare needs.
Eileen has twice been named an HR Practitioner Superstar by HRO Today Magazine, a prestigious honor for HR leaders who help drive workforce initiatives through innovation with measurable excellence in employee engagement and retention. Under Eileen’s leadership, Horizon is a perennial recipient of all major industry awards for culture and excellence. Eileen is a founding member of Horizon’s “Limitless” platform, which was created by five of the agency’s female leaders, with the intention of educating, motivating and inspiring each employee to identify and explore their own leadership potential. Limitless has been focused on addressing gender equity and has the goal of becoming an industry-wide or even national platform to drive discussion and solutions for some of the most important issues we face today.
