Monica is a multi-lingual executive and entrepreneur with over fifteen years of digital marketing, brand strategy, innovation and planning experience in both local and global roles in the US and overseas markets.
She has worked in consumer insights on the corporate side: Unilever (overseeing DOVE, AXE, Caress) Absolut, Liz Claiborne, Gymboree, and Nickelodeon trying to bring the consumer to life; as well as starting and successfully selling her own startup: CultureBaby. Currently she works at Mattel overseeing insights of the core brands Barbie, Hot Wheels and American Girl.
She recently moved her family from New York to Los Angeles and is very much enjoying the weather and beach (and not the traffic).
