Emmy-nominated Padma Lakshmi is internationally known as an actress, food expert, model, and award-winning author, as well as the recipient of the 2016 NECO Ellis Island Medal of Honor. Lakshmi also serves as host and executive producer of Bravo’s Emmy award-winning Top Chef, currently filming its 14th season.

Lakshmi was born in India and grew up in America. She graduated from Clark University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Theatre Arts and American Literature. Known as India’s first supermodel, she began her career as a fashion model, working in Europe and the United States. 

Lakshmi established herself as a food expert early in her career, having hosted two successful cooking shows and writing the best-selling Easy Exotic, which won the “Best First Book” award at the 1999 Gourmand World Cookbook Awards.  Lakshmi followed this success with the publication of her second cookbook, Tangy, Tart, Hot & Sweet, which has over 150 recipes from around the world alongside intriguing personal essays. Her memoir, The New York Times best-selling Love, Loss and What We Ate, was released in March 2016. She is scheduled to release an Encyclopedia of Spices & Herbs in the fall of 2016.

In addition to her food writing, Lakshmi has also contributed to such magazines as Vogue, Gourmet and both British and American Harper's Bazaar, as well as a syndicated column on fashion and food for The New York Times.  

For the Food Network, Lakshmi hosted Padma’s Passport, where she cooked diverse cuisine from around the world. Lakshmi also hosted Planet Food, a documentary series on the Food Network and broadcast worldwide on the Discovery Channel. Lakshmi was nominated for an Emmy Award for her role as host and judge on Bravo’s Top Chef, which won an Emmy for Outstanding Reality Competition Show. Other television credits include co-hosting Rai Television's Domenica In, Italy’s highest-rated morning news program.

In 2009, Lakshmi co-founded the Endometriosis Foundation of America alongside world-renowned Advanced Gynecological Surgeon Tamer Seckin, MD. After suffering from the disease for decades herself, she has been able to make amazing strides with the foundation, like launching the first interdisciplinary research facility in the country for Gynepathology as a joint project between Harvard Medical School and MIT, where she gave the keynote address at the Center’s opening in December 2009. Lakshmi’s efforts were recently recognized on the floor of the New York State Senate, where she succeeded in passing a bill related to teen health initiatives. The organization’s ENPOWR program has currently educated over 15,000 students about endometriosis in high schools across the state of New York.

In addition to these projects, Lakshmi is a savvy businesswoman with multiple companies of her own. Her debut home décor line, The Padma Collection, hit Bloomingdale’s stores nationwide with tabletop dishware, stemware and hand-blown glass décor pieces. She also created Padma’s Easy Exotic, a collection of culinary products ranging from frozen organic foods, fine teas, and natural spice blends, to hard goods.

Bob Lord, is IBM's first Chief Digital Officer where he is now missioned with bringing together the IBM Digital Business Group. He is responsible for overseeing the Digital Sales organization, Digital Marketing, Routes to Market and Offering teams, and IBM's Ecosystem and Startup group.

Bob has had an incredible career and brings a wealth of technical and marketing experience to the role as IBM Chief Digital Officer. He held leadership roles at Razorfish, one of the early web design and digital agencies, helping them manage through the internet bubble and ultimately rising to be the Global CEO. During this time, he honed his understanding and vision for the convergence of marketing and technology.

In 2013, Bob joined AOL as CEO of its flagship technology group, AOL Platforms - used by over 2,500 brands and agencies and over 40,000 publishers rely on to drive convergence. From January 2015 through January 2016, Bob served as President of AOL, overseeing the Company's unified global advertising operations.

Bob holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BS in engineering from Syracuse University. He's authored a book, titled Converge, which you can find on Amazon, in which he shares his unique perspective about the intersection of technology and marketing.

Liz Loza is a Yahoo Sports Fantasy Football analyst and a cast member of the award-winning Fantasy Football Live. Liz joined Yahoo at the beginning of last football season and is thrilled to continue to be a part of the team again this NFL season. In 2009, Liz took the fantasy world by storm when she started her own personally branded site and became a mainstay in the Fantasy Sports community. She has appeared in the New York Times, as well as on CNN and radio shows nationwide. She is also an active member of the FSWA. She finds particular zeal in uncovering deep sleepers and bounce-back bargains (just ask her about Melvin Gordon.)

Aaron leads content partnerships for Google VR. Aaron's journey began with launching YouTube360 first as a 20% project and then to a live product in March 2015. Throughout that time, Aaron transitioned from YouTube to the Google VR team and has been working to bring their VR products to the masses. Probably the most impressive surprise has been the incredible brand engagement and eagerness for companies (such as Mattel, GoPro, Disney/Star Wars and, of course, The New York Times) to work with Google VR. Aaron has been core in leading each of these partnerships for Google. These partnerships have been able to deliver on great content, while building towards the mission of delivering innovative VR experiences to the masses.
