Snapchat Chief Strategy Officer Imran Khan to Speak at Advertising Week

 

It’s been just over a year since Snapchat formally launched their ad business with video Snap Ads. Since then the company has moved fast, introducing two new ad units, Sponsored Lenses and Geofilters, while making major strides on measurement and launching the API for Snapchat Partners ads.

Over 150 million people use Snapchat every day to Snap with family, watch Stories from friends, see events from around the world, and explore content from top publishers. Snapchatters watch over 10 billion videos per day – a more than 350% increase in a single year - and the app reaches 41% of 18 to 34 year-olds in the U.S. each day.

Imran Khan, who has served as Snapchat’s Chief Strategy Officer since January 2015, will discuss Snapchat and the company’s approach to advertising, past, present, and future.
